Sometimes great things really do happen right in your own “backyard!”

Four hours south east from my home in Boone is Falcon, N.C. – home to the Pentecostal Holiness Church NC Conference Center and host for the Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America state-wide conference on prayer (May 4th and 5th) which saw the leaders and members of six denominations come together in prayer for our nation.

Thanks to Doug Small and all the leaders of PCCNA for inviting ENI/WSC to host a Let the Children Pray! Workshop focused on “GenerationNOW!” It was a great time with enthusiastic participation by the attendees.

We had a great team led by one of our young World Shapers from Appalachian House of Prayer Family Prayer day, Miss Ava Larned! She was accompanied by her Grandmother, Connie Larned (a great friend of ENI/WSC and one of our leaders of Family Prayer Day at App HOP) and myself. Connie and I both seem to have been camera shy that weekend!

It was encouraging to see this cross-denominational outreach of  love, encouragement, partnership and prayer!
