He, who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says. (Rev. 2:7)

A lot has been said about Revival. What does it mean for America? Do we need to be revived? Why so?

Bibles are floating through the clouds and landing in towns and villages of North Korea! Yes, hundreds of helium-filled balloons are sent up nightly from South Korea—balloons carrying the Word of God in Korean and flash drives with the text of the New Testament.

In America, we do not need such drastic measures to receive the Word. We can go into any bookstore and buy a Bible or library and borrow one. Why then, tell me, if the Word is alive and active do we need to be revived? Are we dead and need to be resuscitated? How far have we allowed the devil to take us from our forefather’s faith that we forget?

Our kids are getting even further and further away from God than we are. Millenials are too busy with their devices and careers – not noticing that they are numbing themselves from paying attention to where they should be anchoring their dreams- the Word of God.

How do we plant the seeds of faith in the new generations? Elementary schools, High Schools?

If we really want to see a revival we must start with the little ones! They might not understand intellectually all we are saying but they can hear and understand what the Spirit is saying. Teaching them how to hear, talk and walk with the Spirit should be our number one priority. We plant the seeds in the new generation. We plant it from pre-schools through High Schools and we let God make it grow.
