POWER GRAB

A few months ago, I was dozing off to sleep one night.  I wasn’t asleep quite yet when I saw the following vision.  As a preface, I had recently attended my sister-in law’s wedding.  It’s possible the Lord chose a similar setting in the following vision that was current in my memory.

In the vision, I saw groomsmen all lined up and dressed in their wedding attire.  They were all wearing top hats that they were taking off.  As they took them off, I heard two words -“Power Grab” – very clearly.  My human mind wanted to alter the second word, “grab”, as it almost sounded too forceful. But, I heard it again louder (as if correcting and speaking over my natural thoughts)…“POWER GRAB!”.  Then I heard and saw the interpretation:

I saw a young boy, whom I did not know, dressed exactly like the groomsmen. He was reaching for and receiving one of the hats that was taken off and given to him.

God spoke to me that it is time for us, specifically the men/fathers, to transfer our anointing to the next generation.  In the natural it almost seems like it is too early to do this because some of the groomsmen offering their hats were young men who were unmarried and did not have their own children yet but, that didn’t matter.

God says that, as the men transfer the anointing and plant that seed in the children, their own anointing will also increase and grow along with the impartation the children receive.   

We, the adults and young adults in the body of Christ, and – specific to this dream – spirit-filled men, possess an anointing the children desperately need to thrive in these times.  It’s a supernatural anointing transfer from a spiritual parent/father.

For the children, it’s a supernatural “Power Grab”!

I shared this dream with my husband and He told me to look up the definition of the term “power grab” Here it is from Collins dictionary:

Power Grab –
The attempt or action of acquiring or accomplishing something that was previously unattainable-but is now possible through newly acquired power.
