We recently received the below message from a long-time friend of ENI along with this priceless picture of one of our Globalls:

“The orange ribbon holding the Globall together is from Israel 2005.  They flew from cars of those protesting the Gaza Disengagement! Just learned you and Esther will be on the Prayer Surge NOW call in a moment…Hallelujah….As you share, I will be hugging this torn, tear-stained treasure that hundreds of my students prayed over in the nineties.”

Esther and I first met Sharill Sherwood in CA where she was a school teacher.

Her story continues here:

“I taught 4th grade at a Christian school in CA for four years.  During daily devotions and prayers, I tossed the Globall to individual children.  They loved their turn to pray for our topic as they hugged the ball.

We also took praise breaks, while we tossed the ball as we worshipped! We used it as we studied geography also, and our main focus was the 10/40 window and Israel.

I recall the first rip was over Arkansas when President Clinton needed LOTS OF PRAYER!  We put a bandaid on it that said, “JESUS.”

Another favorite was praying for everyone with the same need, age, and sometimes even the same name, all over the world!  The Holy Spirit downloaded to us that there were many children who had NEVER had anyone pray for them, and the Lord knew where their prayers were needed!! I’ve loved using it myself in the Decades since.”

Just imagine where all those prayers went and what they’ve accomplished! Thank you for sharing your story with us, Sharill.
